Ian Lafferty (Josh Zuckerman) can't seem to catch a break. He's taunted by his cocksure older brother Rex, shown up in the romance department by his 14-year-old younger brother and humiliated by his job at a mall donut shop. But Ian's biggest problem is that he's about to start college as a virgin!
Getting nowhere with the girl of his dreams and longtime "best friend" Felicia (Amanda Crew), Ian resorts to the Internet for dates. He soon hooks up with Ms. Tasty, a flaming hot blonde who can't wait to get busy. The only catch: Ian has to drive 500 miles from Chicago to Knoxville to consummate the deal.

pal Lance (Clark Duke), Ian risks life and limb by appropriating "The Judge," Rex's prized vintage Pontiac GTO. With Lance and Felicia in tow, he hits the road for a one-time rendezvous that will rock his world!
Car trouble, a stint in the pokey, a buggy tow with an Amish farmer (Seth Green) and an afternoon at a roadside carnival all complicate Ian's journey. As he presses on to get to Knoxville before Ms. Tasty gives up and goes home, the trio's trail of mayhem closes in on them with hilarious consequences. Will Rex find Ian before he reaches Nirvana? Will a cuckolded husband exact revenge on Lance just as he seems to have found true love? Will Ms. Tasty live up to her Internet profile? Will Ian realize what he really wants? And most importantly, Will Ian, Felicia and Lance survive the bumpy road to adulthood with all its unexpected twists and turns?

"Wow... you look... hot!" was Nick's first reaction when I showed up at his doorstep.
I frowned, "Not exactly the reaction I was hoping for..."
Nick shrugged, "What? I'm a guy and that's how I compliment girls."
"You could be a little more romantic." I hinted.
"Oh, okay. Let's do this over." Nick shut the door and I stood there waiting.
He opened the door with an amazed expression, "Wow. Don't you look ravishing tonight, Aurora. I must say, that top really brings out your eyes. You look so lovely in bright colors! Shall we get going?" he stepped out and held out his arm for me to take.
I almost wanted to laugh at him at how stupid he was acting, but I held it in. I didn't want to give him the satisfaction that I was already having a good time.
"Um... that's a little much..." I said.
He sighed, "You are too difficult, Aurora. But like I said, I'm going to be the first person to figure you out."
"Keep thinking that." I winked.
He flashed a grin and opened the passenger door for me, "See, I do have manners."
I fake gasped, "You continue to surprise me, Nick Jonas."
I climbed in and before Nick shut door, he leaned in and replied, "Trust me, babe, you haven't seen anything yet."
He closed the door and I shuddered at his words. What did he mean...?

"YOU BROUGHT ME HERE?!" I screamed over the loud music.
Yep, he brought me to a party.
"WHAT?! I thought you'd be excited to be at your first real party. Especially with me." He grinned.
I glared, "I should've NEVER came with you! You're still and will always be the selfish, egotistical Nick Jonas just like my sister said! I'll find my own way home." I wrenched my hand out of Nick's and started walking down the street.
"AURORA! AURORA, STOP! PLEASE!" I heard Nick call from behind me.
We were away from the house, so atleast it was easier to hear him. But I didn't stop.
"Why won't you stay with me?" he asked.
"Because. I know what guys like you do at parties like this!" I replied, still walking up an unknown block.
"Oh yeah? What?"
I turned around, "You drink. You drink all night and then try to pick up chicks, only they're wasted too. So, we have two, extremely wasted 18 year olds. Hmm, what could happen? Oh, I know! You sleep together!" I shouted.
"BUT I'M NOT LIKE THAT!" Nick yelled back.
"Right." I rolled my eyes and continued walking.
"Atleast let me take you home."
I stopped and turned around to look at him, "... fine."
I started walking back towards the house that held the party because Nick's car was parked right outside of it.
A few blocks away, we started seeing people running down the block where we once were.
We stopped and Nick pulled someone over to ask them, "Hey, what's going on?"
"Oh, dude, they like, burned down the place!" the drunken teenager replied.
My eyes widened, "Oh my God..."

Chapter 24 Part 2
Rhiley: (smiles and they lie down looking up at the sky) So speaking of dates, what would you do on the first date?
Nick: With a girl?
Rhiley: No a monkey.
Nick: (rolls his eyes) Well, I'd probably take her to the beach around this time, so no one else is here, and maybe have a picnic, or eat marshmallows over the fire. and then just look up at the stars and talk. I don't know. kind of fun in the beginning and then more romantic in the end. i guess.
Rhiley: Wow. That would be amazing. I mean if I was that girl, I'd be quite happy.
Nick: (laughs) Glad you approve of my date plan.
Rhiley:(laughs)
Nick: Now thinking back, tonight has been alot of that stuff, minus the romantic part.
Rhiley:(laughs) So look at that it's a multifunctional plan. for dates and friends.
Nick: (laughs) Only for best friends.
Rhiley: Only for best friends named Rhiley.
Nick:(laughs) Sure.
Nick grabs his camera and snaps a picture of her.
Rhiley: What was that for? (trying to grab the camera) Let me see!
Nick: No. You can't see it. (laughing and tucking the camera close to his chest so she can't get it)
Rhiley: Nick! give me it! (she's sat up, and she's reaching for it, but he keeps his hands tightly closed around it.)
She grabs his wrist and he rolls over trying to hide the camera, and drags her along with him, so she's now halfway over the side of him, her legs stuck between his. He uses this opportunity to squeeze her side, tickling her, and she is now trying her best to stay put, but she's wiggling all over the place, sending her flying all the way over him, now onto the other side of him, facing him, but her legs are still stuck in his and they are laying very close now.
Nick: (laughing) Smooth Rhiles.
Rhiley: (giving a fake mad look then starts laughing) Now look what you did Nickel?!
Nick just laughs not bothering to move his legs, or let her get up. He looks at her smiling face, their bodies so close to each other, and starts really staring at her, not just a normal look, but an intense look. She looks back at him and he glances at her lips. Then on a sudden urge, grabs the side of her face slowly and softly kisses her. She definitely kisses him back, but then they realize what's happening.
Nick: (pulls away with a shocked look on his face, flustered) Sorry sorry. (he jumps up)
Rhiley:(just kinda stares at him with a weird look on her face, like she's trying to figure out what just happened, then gets up too)
Nick: I'm sorry. I don't know. It just happened. I couldn't even control it.
Rhiley: (still looking at him with a shocked face)
Nick: Rhiles. Say something.
Rhiley: It's ok. It's not a big deal right?
Nick: No yeah it's not a big deal. I mean it was just a friendly ki..thing.
Rhiley: You didn't feel anything right?
Nick: (lying) No.
Rhiley: (lying) Yeah me either.
Nick: Ok sorry Rhiles.
Rhiley: It's cool Nick. (she gives him a hug and fluffs his hair to break the tension)
Nick:(laughs) I think it's time to go.
Rhiley: (laughs) Yeah think?
Nick:(laughing) Well I had fun.
Rhiley: Maybe a little too much.
Nick: Shutup. (he pushes her gently)
They walk down the beach, laughing and not thinking about what had happened, as usual any awkwardness had left them quickly. and now it was like nothing had happened.
